1- Depositing
Depositing funds into your Viverno trading account is a straightforward process. You will need to log in to your Client Portal, select the account you wish to deposit to, click on the deposit option and select your preferred method for deposit. You will then follow the instructions to complete all fields that will be outlined to you
Conditions
Deposits can only be completed if they have been made by the trading account holder. This means that the trading account and the deposit method must have the same name.
2- Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests received during normal business hours, 9am-6pm, will be processed within the same day that the request to withdraw funds was made, or the next working day if the client’s request is received outside of normal business hours.
Trading profits can be withdrawn via the methods available to you, or, if your credit card supports OCT, you can withdraw amounts that exceed the sum of your previous deposits (i.e., trading profits).
Please note that there are no credit card withdrawal fees for profit withdrawals. Please note that you may also be charged additional exchange or banking fees by your card provider.
